Before you follow

Here are some things you should know!

If you know me in real life and found this tumblr on your own accord, I would very seriously prefer that you left. Nothing personal, I just really like keeping online and real life separate except in special circumstances. It’s better for both of us <3

Expect a lot of:

• Homestuck
• Television (Parks and Recreation, Breaking Bad and The Good Wife are my constants right now, as well as other shows I’ll freak out about while they’re on the air, like Game of Thrones)
• Music (Especially right now, a whole lot of the band fun.)
• Social justice (Heavy on the feminism, also race issues and lgbt issues)
• Movies (Kind of sometimes)
• Art (Mostly illustration)

Know your tags!

• various trigger warnings are #tw: [trigger name] such as #tw: racism. I don’t use them super frequently because I try not to reblog a lot of triggering things, but I definitely will if it’s a very prominent aspect. I also use #gif set for posts with multiple gifs.
• #homestuck is always tagged as such, because believe it or not some people who follow me have no interest in it, which is cool. I also use #update and #spoilers for immediate reaction posts.
• On that subject I’ll use #spoilers when appropriate, especially on the night a show airs or a newly released movie.
• #inane chatter is for silly texts posts, of which I make far too many.
• Also sometimes I post drunk inane chatter but not often. 
• If there’s something I’m not tagging that bothers you, please shoot me a message! I will probably comply.

I don’t usually follow back, so there’s no reason to send me a message begging me too. I’m pretty meticulous about who I follow, so please don’t take it personally, you are still perfectly welcome to chat with me!
